Gert-Jan Kollenhof

Gert-Jan Kollenhof, CEO of Juripax, has a degree in marketing and engineering and comes to the field of Online Dispute Resolution with over 20 years of international experience in the multi-media industry.

Besides his role as CEO, Gert-Jan’s specialist function is to provide the know-how and expertise for the development and integration of functional and user-friendly ICT tools to support online negotiation processes.

He is the founder of Kollenhof, a company specialized in online marketing services and is certified as a "Qualified Advertising Professional" by Google. During the last 15 years, Kollenhof Digitale Medien’s customers have included major companies like Bacardi, Ballantines, Panasonic, T-Mobile and numerous other large German multinationals. He created a lead-generation system for the German Insurance Market. More than 1500 Insurance Brokers now use his services.

Gert-Jan has been residing and working in Germany for 15 years and is fluent in Dutch, German and English.

May-Britt Bruning

May-Britt Bruning is a professional mediator and co-founder of Juripax. She has extensive experience as a sales and marketing executive and General Manager in the capital goods industry and comes to the field of online conflict resolution with years of expertise in the area of alternative dispute resolution.

May-Britt completed her formal mediation training in the U.S. She has served as a mediator and arbitrator in commercial disputes. As an independent contractor she has mediated hundreds of online disputes for various companies, including eBay. At Juripax, May-Britt is charged with advising clients and converting their needs into a specific solution, while she watches over product development.

She is a Master of Dispute Resolution, a NMI mediator in the Netherlands and an Accredited Professional Civil Mediator (APM) in New Jersey, USA. After completing Graduate School of B.A. and other courses in Textile Chemistry and Mechanical Engineering.

May-Britt's desire to experience different cultures has taken her across several continents where she was engaged in rich, culturally diverse and multidisciplinary work environments as an international executive in the high-tech industry. She is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.
